Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales

Overall Purpose: Employees in this job code are non-exempt in the state of CA.Drive revenue growth and consistent field execution by supporting Cricket indirect sales teams and Authorized Retailer locations through sales coaching, program execution, training, compliance follow-up, issue resolution, and performance improvement within assigned markets or territories.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Sales Execution and Field Support: Supports assigned markets, territories, or Authorized Retailer locations to drive achievement of sales objectives, including gross adds, revenue, feature attach, customer growth, quality, and operational priorities.
• Authorized Retailer Support: Builds productive working relationships with Authorized Retailer leaders and store teams, communicates company programs and promotional priorities, supports launch execution, and helps resolve day-to-day business or operational issues.
• Training and Coaching: Provides product, process, sales, and promotional training to Authorized Retailer teams to improve selling behaviors, customer experience, compliance, and execution consistency.
• Performance Analysis and Follow-Up: Reviews scorecards, sales results, market trends, and execution gaps to identify opportunities, recommend actions, and follow up on progress with field leaders and retail partners.
• Compliance and Operational Execution: Supports adherence to company policies, brand standards, operational procedures, account agreements, legal requirements, and ethical standards across assigned locations or partners.
Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.
