Full Time

B2B Sales Development Program

This four-month sales training program is in Dallas, Texas. You will interview with a Field Sales Manager in the market that you apply to and be placed in that market after successfully completing the program. The program includes two months of training, cold calling, and real-life application followed by two months of meeting a sales quota with commission eligibility.

Note: After graduating from the program, you’ll begin a full-time role in the market you initially applied to. You are guaranteed to be placed in your market, and we do our best to place you in your first-choice city, but placement in a specific city is subject to availability.

From early in the program, you’ll begin engaging with real business customers and developing your own pipeline.

You’ll gain hands-on experience initiating conversations, identifying opportunities, and managing early-stage sales cycles – all while receiving ongoing coaching and feedback.

Growth in this program is intentional and data-driven.
