- Working toward a master’s degree in accounting

You’re ready to
- Work full time in Dallas, Texas

You’ll bring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to interface with all levels of leadership
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Accounting Leadership Development Program
Full-Time Experience
If you want to utilize accounting to create real change in an ever-expanding, connected world, this program was made for you. Ready to develop life-changing ideas?
As a full-time participant in the ALDP, you’ll earn $75,000 annually. AT&T also provides health insurance, paid time off, discounts on products and services, and other amazing perks.
Note: degree in accounting must be earned by June 2026.

Co-Op Experience
Our team is fueled by a passion to provide innovative solutions and driven to connect the world in meaningful ways. Ready to develop life-changing ideas?
ALDP co-ops earn $25 an hour and have access to amazing AT&T perks and benefits. Be ready to work at least 20 hours per week.
Note: must be actively enrolled in a master’s in accounting program.
