You are

You’re ready to

  • Work full time in Dallas, Texas
  • Participate in two rotations that will build your knowledge of AT&T’s marketing & growth organization.
  • Complete your rotations in 24 months

You’ll bring

  • Enthusiasm to hit the ground running and make an impact on our business
  • An MBA or master’s degree
  • At least 2-7 years of relevant work experience, not including internships

You'll earn $125,000 yearly and have a relocation package if applicable. AT&T also provides health insurance, tuition reimbursement and paid time off, discounts on products and services, and other perks.

Makreting strategy, insights & design

Dream up new ways to express value propositions. You’ll be part of a group that handles brand strategy, design, management, and more.

Research, analytics, & impact

Test, iterate, and take a deep dive into consumer research that can unlock new opportunities. You’ll have a key role in analyzing consumer advertising through message assessment, analytics, in-market performance measurement, and more.

Timeline for Marketing programs

  • August through September: Submit Application

    This is the best time to apply! Applications may reopen for select roles for a limited time in October.

    • August through October: Interviews Scheduled
  • Mid October through November: Offers Extended

  • December through May: Final Hiring Steps & Staying Connected

    Relax and enjoy the rest of your semester! What’s next? We’ll send you info on your program. Within 90 days from your start, you’ll complete background and pre-onboarding.

    • February through April: Relocation Benefits Planning Begins

  1. *1st and 2nd Round Interviews – MEP Graduate Experience – August, September, October
  2. *3rd Round Interviews – MEP Graduate Experience – Mid-late October (AT&T funded in-person interview in Dallas, TX.)

Corporate Communications Internship Program

We are looking for superstars like you to be a part of the AT&T Corporate Communications Internship Program. Apply your talents on key communications efforts impacting various areas of our team. This is a 12-week, full time, paid project-based internship located in Dallas, Texas.
