Find the position that’s a perfect fit for someone in your network.
Make a referral
You can now refer a candidate directly through Workday! All you need to do is:
Visit Workday
Search “Refer a Candidate” and select the task
Submit your referral’s information:
- Country
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- The Job or Job Area they should apply for
Check your referral’s status OR refer another candidate
Select Menu > Jobs Hub > My Referrals
- Review your referrals in the “My Referral Activity” dashboard
- Click “Refer a Candidate” to refer someone new
