By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program – Graduate Experience AI Track, you will gain accelerated exposure to Marketing & Growth through preselected rotations intentionally focused on advancing AI-enabled marketing across the organization. During this full-time 24-month program, you’ll work on priority projects and initiatives across teams—spanning areas such as marketing strategy, product marketing, operations, analytics, digital, marketing technology, research, insights, and customer growth—to help embed AI into everyday scopes of work, strengthen adoption, and expand the organization’s capacity to use AI at scale. In addition, you’ll receive targeted development opportunities, executive mentoring, and relationship-building experiences with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional partners who are shaping how AT&T applies AI to drive smarter decisions, stronger execution, and measurable business impact.
What you’ll do:
Broad strategic marketing exposure across a large, complex business.
Hands-on ownership of work tied to real customer, brand, product, growth, and operational priorities.
Leadership development focused on business acumen, influence, executive communication, and decision-making.
Mentorship, coaching, peer learning, speaker sessions, and external marketing insights.
Preparation for long-term career growth in marketing strategy, product marketing, brand, analytics, operations, research, and related leadership roles.

What you’ll need:
Earned Masters/MBA degree by June 2027, preferably in Marketing, Business, Analytics, and AI specializations degree’s
Two to seven years of relevant full-time work experience in marketing, business, agency, consulting, product, and AI enablement – exectuion.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and translating strategy into execution.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and recommendations.
Demonstrated executive storytelling, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and accountability.
Our Marketing Excellence Program – AI Track professional earns an annual salary of $125,000, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
