Key Responsibilities

  • Local Creator Program Execution: Manage agencies and internal teams to stand up a local creator marketing program end-to-end, leading daily execution from creator discovery and vetting to briefing, content approvals, launch monitoring, and reporting.
  • Local Creator & Partner Relationship Management: Build long-term, valuable partnerships with creators, content partners, talent agencies, and local market leaders to support assigned markets and cultivate always-on relationships that go beyond one-off transactions.
  • Performance Tracking & Local Market Optimization: Partner with agencies and internal measurement teams to track, analyze, and report social and influencer KPIs as part of the larger measurement stack, turning local market performance data into insights and optimizations that improve campaign impact and efficiency.
  • Creator Strategy, Storytelling & Brand Safety: Define breakthrough creator strategies and provide detailed creative direction that authentically engages creators and local communities while ensuring content meets brand standards, platform best practices, and FTC compliance.
  • Cross-Functional & Local Market Collaboration: Collaborate closely with brand social, marketing activation, media, analytics, local marketing teams, and cross-functional market leaders to bring creator strategy to life as part of larger omni-channel campaigns and maintain regular communication and alignment.
  • Content Engine & Platform Management: Develop strategic approaches, content calendars, and planned and reactive moment strategies that fuel a creator content engine, while maintaining the source of truth in influencer CRM tools to track budgets, creator pipelines, local market activity, and historical performance.

Core Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in influencer/creator marketing at scale
  • Experience working with regional or retail marketing teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into repeatable, operational programs
  • High degree of operational rigor and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience running multi-market or distributed marketing programs
  • Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ) and campaign workflows
  • Background in telecom, retail, or large enterprise marketing environments preferred

Our Lead Social Manager earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
