AT&T is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to drive execution of enterprise skills, leadership, and workforce capability initiatives. In this role, you'll transform strategy into action by leading project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring impactful development programs are delivered at scale. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead execution of enterprise skills and workforce development programs. 
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. 
  • Coordinate efforts across HR, Talent & Development, Learning & Development, business leaders, and key stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, manage action items, and escalate risks. 
  • Support implementation of skills frameworks, AI-enabled development solutions, learning technologies, career pathways, and internal mobility initiatives. 
  • Track readiness, adoption, and program progress while preparing executive-level updates and reporting. 
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. 
  • Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. 
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple teams. 
  • Passion for workforce development, leadership effectiveness, skills-based talent strategies, and business transformation.

Our Principal Project/Program Mgmt jobs earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
