Atlanta, Georgia

Apply now

At AT&T, we empower leaders to drive change in a fast-evolving, connected world. Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections.

We are seeking a strategic leader to plan and execute customer migration programs that transition customers from legacy products and services to strategic growth solutions. This role will partner across product, sales, operations, technology, and customer-facing organizations to develop migration strategies, drive adoption, minimize disruption, and deliver successful customer outcomes while achieving business objectives.

This role also brings strong data analytics and data modeling skills to support planning, execution tracking, reconciliation, and stakeholder reporting—using Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale customer migration programs, transitioning business customers from legacy services and platforms to strategic products while minimizing customer disruption and ensuring business continuity.

  • Develop migration strategies that move customers from legacy products, platforms, and services to future-state solutions.

  • Define migration waves, segmentation approaches, readiness criteria, and customer communication plans.

  • Monitor customer migration metrics including adoption, retention, completion rates, and operational impacts.

Own migration analytics: source, cleanse, validate, and model data; reconcile discrepancies across platforms; and build dashboards/insights in Snowflake/SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python to inform decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years experience leading customer, product, or service migrations is preferred; technical data migration experience alone is not sufficient.

  • Experience leading customer communication, change management, and adoption strategies during complex migrations.

  • Experience managing migration programs involving customer account transitions, contract conversions, product sunsets, or service consolidations.

  • Experience balancing customer experience, operational readiness, and business objectives during migration events.

  • Data analytics: data collection/cleansing/validation, data modeling, reconciliation, and dashboarding; proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python.

Preferred Experience

  • Process mapping/workflow optimization and experience with portfolio tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or other large enterprise environments.

  • Building executive-ready dashboards; familiarity with data governance, auditing, and cross-platform validation practices.
