As the marketing owner for a portfolio of Consumer Wireless revenue-driving programs-including rate plans, features, and add-ons-this leader is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping strategy, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.Operating across the Blueprint: the AT&T way of Marketing -from diagnosis andstrategythrough execution, and measurement-this role connects consumerneeds, business priorities, and marketing investments to accelerate acquisition growth and strengthen AT&T's market position.

The Director of Consumer Wireless Revenue Marketing serves as theconnectionacross Product, National Revenue Operations, Media, Creative, Analytics, Digital, Channel, and Brand teams, ensuring every marketing investment and customer experience is aligned to the opportunities that will create the greatest value for customers and AT&T.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and define the highest impactnear term acquisition and long-termgrowth opportunities for Consumer Wireless by leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and performance trends.

  • Translate enterprise and Consumer business objectives into integratedpriorities, strategies and marketing programsaccelerate acquisition, revenuegrowth, and customer value.

  • Serve as the accountable marketing leader for developing end-to-end marketing plans, briefs, and go-to-market programs that align stakeholders around a common growth objective and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in bringing growth strategies to life, ensuring alignment and execution from planning and development through launch, optimization, and performance measurement.

  • Partneracross the Marketing & Growth Organization and key business partners-including Product, National Revenue Operations, Brand, Media, Creative, Analytics, Digital, and Channel teams-to design and deliver compelling customer experiences that drive results.

  • Build alignment across a highly matrixed organization, influencing decisions, navigating complexity, and connecting diverse stakeholders around a shared vision for growth.

  • Own marketing's contribution to Wireless Gross Adds, Revenue, and Attach Rate performance, maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and lead optimization efforts that improve customerexperienceand business results.

  • Translate performance insights, customer feedback, and business learnings into stronger strategies, smarter investment decisions, and future growth opportunities.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of marketers, fostering a culture rooted in customer obsession, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion Blueprint: the AT&T way of Marketing by strengthening marketing capabilities, talent, and operational excellence across the organization.

Our Director-Wireless Revenue Marketing earns between $191,400 - $287,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
