Overall Purpose: Responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on increasing product adoption and market penetration through targeted sales strategies and the execution of engaging on-site events. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact who fosters long-term partnerships and achieves sales objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with property managers at their locations to form strong relationships. Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Plan events to drive sales of AT&T products.

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers’ site

  • Communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.

  • Traveling to and from the customer premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities

  • Providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs

  • Preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales

  • Researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or B2B environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple on-site events.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience: 1 Year Telecommunications experience preferred. Supervisory: No.

$57,800.00 - $86,600.00
