Job Title:       Senior Tech Product Mgr

Duties: Responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance. Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. Serve as the voice of the customer by ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement by addressing questions and providing guidance as needed. Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). Lead entire Product lifecycle with hands-on work with technical, business, legal, and marketing partners driving numerous self-service digital applications. Align across teams (User Experience, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Tier-1/2 support) to facilitate and lead product development. Review business requirements and map to user needs by identifying MVP vs non-MVP and help map these to functional and technical design documents. Publish timely reports/updates on roadmaps, key milestones, product metrics, user behavior, and VOC insights. Conduct user-acceptability testing (UAT) for end-customers as well as coordinate with product-peers, senior leadership, and primary stakeholders to create an effective launch plan for product releases. Lead large cross-organizational software development projects. Utilize HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, APIs as well as cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure to engage in technical solutioning with Application Engineering and System Architecture Teams. Utilize design tools including Microsoft Visio, Figma, and Balsamiq in developing prototypes, wireframes, and mockups. Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and PowerBI Reports for funnel analysis, user, and feature adoption and CSAT. Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint operating in a SAFe environment. Utilize web services including WSDL, SOAP, REST, SOAP UI, and Postman. Work on a single technical product/product line. Write user stories and setting the product direction at the team level. Write features and setting the direction for a group of teams.   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading large cross-organizational software development projects; utilizing HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, APIs as well as cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure to engage in technical solutioning with Application Engineering and System Architecture Teams; utilizing design tools including MicrosoftVisio, and Figma in developing prototypes, wireframes, and mockups; utilizing Google Analytics, and PowerBI Reports for funnel analysis, user, and feature adoption and CSAT; utilizing Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint operating in a SAFe environment; utilizing web services including WSDL, SOAP, REST, SOAP UI, and Postman; working on a single technical product/ product line; writing user stories and setting the product direction at the team level; writing features and setting the direction for a group of teams.
