The Role

Responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness and employee development by implementing and administering comprehensive performance and training programs.

Work Location Dallas, TX

The Main Responsibilities

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Organizational Development and Program Implementation: Supports the design, development, and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture-related programs, based on identified organizational needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Consultation: Partners with business unit leaders to provide consultation and services. Delivers support in addressing performance issues and contributing to leadership development initiatives.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Collects, analyzes and/or reports performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Evaluates existing processes and programs to identify areas for improvement. Applies industry best practices to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Other Duties as assigned: Supports processes related to training, strategic business planning, assessments, talent planning, succession planning, performance management, and/or compliance and standards.

Main Requirements

·An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.

·Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.

·Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.

·Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience:

·Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired

·7+ years of related experience.

·Certification is required in some areas.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 Location Based Pay Ranges:

$135,000-$195,000

Background Screening
