What you'll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Supports analysis of market performance, including revenue and volume, to inform decision-making and strengthen SBMM portfolio outcomes.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, addressable revenue potential, customer segments, and opportunities for new products or features. Conduct research and analysis on defined markets, including volumes and revenue results.

Develop and Maintain Product Roadmaps: Contributes to the development and execution of SBMM product and bundle roadmaps, service guides, documentation, and performance reporting. Ensures alignment with market needs and business priorities while supporting initiatives that improve customer experience, drive adoption, and support revenue and margin growth across the SBMM segment.

Leads key workstreams and supports delivery of initiatives with moderate complexity, collaborating across teams to drive execution and consistent results. • Demonstrated launch leadership: working across teams, unblocking issues, and delivering outcomes.

  • Evidence of being self-directed and able to drive clarity without heavy supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication (e.g., “presented to VP/SVP,” “led exec readouts,” “aligned stakeholders”).

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or digital portfolio governance, with experience supporting prioritization, intake processes, and cross-functional delivery.
