ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  •        Approach AT&T Business handles as a creator would! Develop unique, breakthrough thumb-stopping content for bespoke platforms.  Lead and execute strategy for branded social media channels that include creative, messaging, production, distribution, engagement, talent/influence, paid media reporting, insights and governance for business priorities.
  •        Content may be extensions of aligned to pivotal campaign launches, moments that tap into community interests or experiences at the intersection of culture to increase brand relevance and enter cultural conversations or evergreen content which is pre-planned to serve personifying the brand and resonate with our target audiences. 
  •        Collaborate with agency teams and external influencers and creators for best-in-class content creation and partner with internal Public Relations, Brand, Design & Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across owned, earned and paid channels.
  •        Maintain for your assigned platforms a conversation calendar that outlines content themes, posting schedules and key dates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. Monitor and adjust the calendar based on performance metrics, trends and company priorities.
  •        Use data-driven insights to optimize content, identify trends and inform future strategies.  Track, analyze and report on key impacts.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for a Brand or Agency-side
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Thrive in ambiguity and the charting of new courses; no one day is the same is another
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Manager - Organic Social Media-1 earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
