In this role, you’ll support project execution from planning through delivery, helping ensure work stays aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Your ability to coordinate resources, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed will help drive successful outcomes across high-impact initiatives.

Job overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll guide projects from initiation to completion using industry-standard project management methods. You’ll develop project plans, manage schedules, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and help resolve risks or issues before they impact delivery. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep work moving and ensure project goals are clearly understood and achieved.

What you’ll do

  • Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project status reports to guide execution and track progress.
  • Coordinate project resources and support planning activities that align workstreams to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, clients, and vendors, including facilitating meetings and helping manage expectations.
  • Review project deliverables for quality, identify risks or issues, and support proactive resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Support resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration activities as needed.

What you’ll need

  • Project management methodology knowledge, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Project planning and scheduling skills, including the ability to build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Resource allocation and coordination experience across cross-functional teams, workstreams, or vendors.
  • Budget, scope, schedule, and quality tracking capabilities to support successful project delivery.
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management skills, including identification, analysis, escalation, and resolution tracking.
  • Project reporting and data analysis capabilities to prepare status updates, performance insights, and decision-support materials.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience resolving complex issues using broad and in-depth professional knowledge.
  • Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy and implementing long-term plans that impact the organization.
  • Experience mentoring less experienced staff and collaborating with senior leadership.

In this role, you’ll help bring structure and momentum to important initiatives while partnering with teams across the business. If you’re ready to manage complex work, influence project outcomes, and support high-quality execution, this role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
