Our Finance Development Program is dedicated to securing top talent like you! We’re looking for extremely motivated upcoming college graduates with Finance and other specialized related degrees. As part of our one-year rotational program, you’ll experience (2) 6-month long assignments across key areas of AT&T broadening your knowledge of the company and learning new skills and competencies along the way. Throughout our program, you’ll experience numerous career development opportunities including exposure to key areas and leaders within AT&T, frequent development feedback, small group interaction and various mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View:

  • Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data; scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management

  • Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs

  • Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization

  • Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

  • Increase productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

  • Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives

  • Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals

  • Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis

KeyQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, and other specialized related degrees

  • 0-3+ years of proven work experience in Finance/Business related setting (internships, cohorts, etc)

  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)

  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to relocate to Dallas
