Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead initiatives to enhance sales performance by integrating and optimizing digital platforms specifically includingSalesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop and implement enablement strategies that equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge for success.

- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors by sharing project updates, facilitating meetings, and managing expectations.
- Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee and support processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Manage cross-functional projects and contribute to the successful commercialization of mobility and fiber portfolios.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, practical solutions that foster adoption of digital platforms.
Job Contribution:
- Strong technical aptitude combined with hands-on sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at fostering seller engagement and improving customer outcomes.
- Passion for leveraging and rolling out digital tools to streamline business operations, specifically Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 7+ years of related experience.

Our Lead Project/Program Management, earn between $118,800 - $178,206. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
