  • Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans
  • Partner with care and channel support teams to address operational initiatives, escalations, and out-of-pattern service issues
  • Support strategic transformation programs by enabling platform enhancements, validating new capabilities, and ensuring operational readiness for pilots and releases

What you’ll need

  • Product lifecycle management experience from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life
  • Ability to define and document business and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps, service guides, documentation, and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of operational workflows, back-office systems, and service delivery processes
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex service scenarios and identify root causes affecting order flow and execution
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver technical and process improvements

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • Five or more years of related product management, operations, or transformation experience
  • Certification required in some areas, as applicable
