What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the contracting and negotiation of complex terms and conditions, balancing business objectives with legal, financial and operational considerations.

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to design contracting strategy that delivers value and minimizes risk.

  • Analyze contract terms, identify opportunities, and secure favorable outcomes for the customer and the company.

  • Guide and support internal teams on contract matters, ensuring clarity and compliance.

  • Manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive timely execution of agreements.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, representing our company with credibility and professionalism.

  • Develop contracts within an industry leading contract lifecycle management platform.

What You Bring:

  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, business analysis and solution design.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to present and document solutions at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance risk and opportunity.

  • Experience leading negotiations and resolving contract-related issues.

  • Familiarity working with AI and AI prompts

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead initiatives that create new business opportunities.

Job requires working five days a week at the AT&T campus in downtown Dallas until the planned campus move to Plano in 2028.

Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt earns between $174,100 - $261,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, aneducation/training.
