We are looking for an Associate Director - Network Project/Program Management who will be managing the team of project managers, leading and managing the strategic network and engineering implementation planning, execution, development and implementation of assigned technical projects, and successful delivery of technical network projects, directing and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:


Project Planning and Execution: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of network projects by assembling teams, assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and ensuring timely completion.
Team Leadership and Development: Direct and manage project managers and technical staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, developing and enforcing quality standards, and reviewing project deliverables.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, negotiate capital and expense handling levels, and ensure efficient utilization of financial and human resources.
Stakeholder Coordination and Technical Expertise: Facilitate communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, manage vendor selection and integration, and provide technical expertise to optimize system improvements and network scalability.


Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of senior management experience.

Compensation:

Salarystarts from 4 866EUR gross monthly. The actual offer is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
