Job Title: Sr. Specialist Application Development – DART Platform
Overview:
Join our dynamic team working on the innovative DART Platform, a mission-critical system designed to ensure the resilience and reliability of AT&T’s next-generation networks. You’ll use a modern, in-demand tech stack and contribute directly to strategic company initiatives.
About the Role:
As part of AT&T’s commitment to network reliability, highlighted by John Stankey’s new Guarantee, you’ll help maintain and improve the backbone of our communications infrastructure. DART audits our networks to identify reliability and diversity issues that may pose outage risks, then empowers our partners to mitigate those risks and ensure robust, uninterrupted service.
What You’ll Gain:

Position 1: Data Analytics & PowerBI Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics dashboards and custom visuals using PowerBI and Power Apps
- Integrate and automate data workflows with Power Automate
- Access and analyze data from diverse sources (Snowflake, Oracle, Palantir)
- Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle DB and other sources
- Leverage Python for advanced analytics and automation
Preferred Skills:
- PowerBI (including Power Apps and Power Automate)
- SQL, Oracle DB
- Python
- Experience integrating multiple data sources
Position 2: Full Stack Web & Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web and backend applications using Java (Spring, Hibernate)
- Integrate with Oracle DB and other databases
- Access and process data from multiple sources (Snowflake, Oracle, Palantir)
- Deploy and manage applications on Apache Tomcat and Eclipse
- Work across Linux and Windows server environments
- Utilize GenAI and machine learning utilities to enhance backend analytics and processing
Preferred Skills:
- Java (Spring, Hibernate)
- SQL, Oracle DB
- Experience with Eclipse, Apache Tomcat
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server management
- Exposure to GenAI and backend data analytics
