Specialist - Service Assurance & Operations

In this role, you will support service assurance and project execution efforts to help maintain service quality, meet project objectives, and improve client satisfaction. You will assist with coordinating scope, schedule, resources, and cross-functional activities while following industry best practices.
The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph, a solid background in networking, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service assurance activities to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, tools, and automations.
  • Apply knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph to support AI-enabled workflows and process orchestration.
  • Troubleshoot issues across systems, workflows, and network environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
