The Lead Product Management & Development strategist on the Out of Home Connectivity Mobility Network Product Management team, you’ll be joining a team that is driving the strategy, development, and launch of some of AT&T’s most innovative consumer network experiences—including AT&T Turbo, 5G and 5G Standalone, satellite connectivity, eSIM connectivity solutions, improved coverage at home and on-the-go, and other next generation products that shape how our customers connect every day. 

In this role you will be responsible for shaping and delivering outofhome connectivity experiences that align with our broader product vision—creating solutions that drive sustainable growth while consistently delighting customers with seamless, reliable ways to stay connected wherever they are. You will be responsible driving the development, execution, and lifecycle management of specific consumer-facing products/services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and managing the business case and P&L to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value. 

As Lead Product Manager, typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: 

Define and drive the long-term product strategy and vision for mobility products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and company objectives. 

Lead ideation and concept development, evaluating opportunities through business cases, financial modeling, stakeholder alignment, and feasibility assessments. 

Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify trends, unmet needs, addressable revenue potential, customer segments, and positioning opportunities that inform strategic prioritization for new products or features. 

Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer insights, business impact, and technical considerations. 

Own end to end requirements definition, including requirements or user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and cross functional alignment. Translate and document customer and technical requirements into final product designs. Drive prioritization for new products, services, and/or enhancements. 

Drive and support technical delivery in collaboration with engineering, UX, and cross functional teams throughout development to ensure high quality delivery that meets customer and business needs. 

Lead and orchestrate go-to-market planning, partnering with marketing, PR, sales, and support teams to craft messaging, launch plans, and customer facing assets. 

Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross functional readiness across technology, operations, marketing, and customer care. 

Monitor product performance post-launch, using data and customer feedback to optimize, iterate, and guide future enhancements. 

Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. 

Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure products deliver meaningful value. 

Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage and ongoing product performance . Monitors, measures, and enhances customer experience. Responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates, and handling requests for funding through the capital process. Coordinate with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the products move to production and distribution. 

Collaborate with business, technology, and other third party stakeholders including Supply Chain, Legal, Pricing Teams, Product Operations Teams, and cross-functional peers across the Business, FirstNet, and Prepaid Teams ensure delivery of a durable product that meets the needs of our customers and company objectives with high-quality execution.  

Preferred Experience: Preferred candidates will bring a strong track record of turning customer insights and market opportunities into clear, compelling product concepts, demonstrating experience in shaping ideas from early exploration through validation and launch. They should have handson experience driving productled revenue growth—using data to prioritize opportunities, optimize performance, and evolve offerings in ways that expand customer value, strengthen market position, and deliver sustainable business results.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. 

Our Lead Product Management & Development earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
