What you’ll do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the overall delivery of one or more software applications or services, including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting) and maintenance with a focus on automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements, develop user stories, estimate effort, and create software design specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on automation.
  • Implement and execute automated and manual test plans—including unit, integration, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and environmental issues in production.
  • Design and analyze system architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Recommend and research new technologies to improve systems and support technical initiatives as part of larger projects.
  • Mentor team members by sharing expertise and providing technical guidance.
  • Support DevSecOps practices and ensure secure delivery pipelines.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Experience in building multiple system versions addressing performance and scale.
  • Experience developing technical documentation on applications and systems.
  • Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous data pipelines and protection.

What you'll Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
  • ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Boomi/MuleSoft Connectors and Drivers.
  • Multiple cloud regions and platform support.
  • Concurrency and workload isolation.
  • Data mapping, integration best practices.
  • API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols and their interaction.
  • OAUTH and other authentication methods.

Our Senior Software Engineering, earns between $116,700-$196,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
