Job Description:
AT&T is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to help our teams deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes, support team development, and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
Guide up to 2 agile teams through all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, with a focus on delivering value and improving team effectiveness.
Identify and help remove impediments that may impact the team’s ability to achieve its goals.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, actionable product backlog.
Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team.
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.
Serve as an advocate for agile methodologies, adapting approaches as needed to fit the team and organizational context.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience applying them in practice.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) preferred.
Ability to navigate complexity, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through change.

Compensation:
Salaryranges between 3 283EUR - 4933EUR gross monthly.

This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 2 times per week.
