JOB TITLE: Senior Quality Assurance
JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075
DUTIES: Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality automation frameworks, with a focus on Python, Groovy, and Java to ensure efficient and scalable testing solutions. Use testing techniques, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications. Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs, develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs. Provide testing experience which encompasses the entire customer experience including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service. Conduct peer reviews and assist clients in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. Gather and analyze data and reports to understand the business problem and validates the same after the solution is live. Develop comprehensive test strategies and frameworks from the ground up, leveraging advanced technologies for system and application testing. Automate complex workflows, perform CRUD operations, and optimize data retrieval, and automate data ETL processes. Work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable, reliable, and repeatable test environments. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot complex issues, develop solutions to enhance test coverage, and contribute to the overall improvement of the software testing framework. Create custom test libraries, automate system interfaces and ensure that automated tests are executed efficiently across different platforms. Utilize GitHub and Bitbucket. Support and manage QA resources. Understand multi-tier web application architecture and microservice technologies. Work on database, ability to write basic SQL/NOSQL queries. Utilize scripting skills including Groovy, Java test automation rest assured, Spock, Selenium, Cucumber, and AP automation. Work with basic programming skills including technology stack, KAFKA, NoSQL Database, Kubernetes and CI/CD concepts. Utilize Grafana and Splunk.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Python, Groovy and Java; utilizing Docker and Kubernetes; utilizing GitHub and Bitbucket; supporting and managing QA resources; understanding multi-tier web application architecture and microservice technologies; working on database, ability to write basic SQL/NOSQL queries; utilizing scripting skills including Groovy, Java test automation rest assured, Spock, Selenium, Cucumber, and AP automation; and working with basic programming skills including technology stack, KAKFA, NoSQL Database, Kubernetes and CI/CD Concepts; and utilizing Grafana and Splunk.
Our Senior Quality Assurance earn between $129,022 - $158,400 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
