JOB TITLE: Lead System Engineer
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker
JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid]
DUTIES: Responsible for onboarding of services and development of new capabilities on the AT&T Business Salesforce platform with particular focus on the configure, price, quote, contract and ordering functions. Act as product owner as defined in the SAFe development model. Support development across the full suite of AT&T Business services, including data transport, voice, mobility, managed services and security services. Work with business product managers to understand specific product needs and platform architects supporting solution development to translate business requirements into technical solution. Assess ability to simplify and transform services as part of the development process. Drive solution toward use of standard, configurable platform capabilities and minimizes the need for custom code development. Specify the Salesforce capabilities required and write features/user stories utilizing these capabilities. Support scrum team by working with scrum master, developers and testers to develop the solution. Work with developers and testers to provide guidance on requirements and resolve design issues identified in development. Support integration work with downstream systems to optimize the end to end solution. Utilize Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development including PI Planning process and working in JIRA to manage feature / user story development. Utilize platform capability development, solution development, processes definition and API development/systems integration. Work with the client on the requirements definition and shaping of requirements to platform capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development including PI Planning process and working in JIRA to manage feature / user story development; utilizing platform capability development, solution development, processes definition and API development/systems integration; and working with the client on the requirements definition and shaping of requirements to platform capabilities.
Our Lead System Engineers earn between $190,550 - $215,800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
