What you’ll do:
Address critical skill gaps, allowing us to maximize performance, efficiency, and scalability in our AI initiatives
Conducts design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies, systems/platform
Applies advanced engineering and scientific knowledge to architecture, design and development work in a Research and Development environment for high-value technology and solutions tied to the strategic direction of the company.
Conducts design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, hardware/software development engineering, technical security and QA Design/Certification.
What you’ll bring:
PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no minimum years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Advanced engineering and scientific knowledge to architecture, design and development work in a Research and Development environment for high-value technology and solutions tied to the strategic direction of the company.

Our Lead Member of Technical Staff, earns between $171,600-$257,400 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
