Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Oversee and provide expert consultation in the management of contract resources for construction and digital electronics activities, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and optimization of Outside Plant (OSP) and digital facilities.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Job Contribution: Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes
Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.
