JOB TITLE: Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff

JOB LOCATION: 200 S. Laurel Drive Middletown, NJ 07748

DUTIES: Apply advanced engineering and scientific knowledge to architecture, design and development work in a Research and Development environment for high-value technology and solutions tied to the strategic direction of the company. Conduct design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, hardware/software development engineering, technical security and QA Design/Certification. Conduct quantitative, algorithmic and theory-based analysis for addressing business issues in information extraction and synthesis, data mining, data visualization, network design and optimization, market & financial analysis, operations research, and decision support systems. Work must primarily involve new and emerging technologies and technical architectures on projects with a status between inception and implementation/software maturity.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Position requires experience, project experience, or course work in utilizing programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, React, Apache Spark, Scala, R, Github, Azure, Linux; utilizing knowledge of Data Structures, Predictive Modeling, Algorithm Development, Machine Learning, Data Analysis; using Mobility and IMS networks; and utilizing data analysis skills, Linux administration, familiarity with Azure, Databricks Cluster Management, Databricks notebooks and Snowflake.

Our Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff earn between $161,600 - $183,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
