What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Program Implementation and Support: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of process and quality initiatives across Global Workplace Services (GWS), including BEAP (Building Emergency Action Plan) and BERT (Building Emergency Response Team) program activities.
  • Standards Development and Documentation: Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational standards, Methods & Procedures (M&Ps), and quality control frameworks to ensure compliance with AT&T policies and industry regulations.
  • Process Analysis and Quality Assurance: Conduct process reviews, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to drive consistency, efficiency, and safety across workplace operations and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Training and Communication: Support the coordination of BEAP and BERT training sessions, develop reference materials, and communicate updates to stakeholders to maintain readiness and awareness.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Monitor adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements, assist in audits or inspections, and compile data-driven reports to track performance metrics and program health.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., EH&S, Security, Real Estate, and Operations) and vendors to ensure proper implementation of safety procedures, M&Ps, and process improvements.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in continuous improvement of quality and process initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, environmental standards,
  • Experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Delivery of operational programs, documentation, and training materials that support the organization’s overall Quality and M&P objectives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 2–4 years of related experience in operations, quality assurance, process improvement, or environmental health & safety.

Environmental Requirements

This position supports AT&T’s compliance with applicable environmental laws and safety regulations through quality monitoring, documentation, and process adherence. Responsibilities may include assisting with BEAP/BERT readiness documentation, hazardous materials tracking, generator and fuel tank recordkeeping, or other site-level compliance processes.

Our Sr Specialist-Business Continuity-Emergency Preparedness earns between $79,200- $118,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
