This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose:
Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing communications, scheduling, and documentation, to ensure efficient and effective legal department operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Administrative and Clerical Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including typing business letters, legal documents, and correspondence, as well as preparing reports using Word and Excel.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Office Management and Record Keeping: Develop and maintain filing systems, coordinate workspace and office equipment requests, and ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with records retention policies.
  • Legal Research and Document Preparation: Assist with basic legal research, understand legal terminology and document formatting, and prepare legal documents and presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Special Projects and Administrative Duties: Perform work on special projects involving research, data analysis, and report preparation, and handle administrative tasks such as processing bills, vouchers, payroll, and coordinating charitable campaigns and employee recognition programs.

An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures. Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 0–3 years of related experience.

Our Senior Associate Secretary earns between $71,900 and $107,900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
