As a member of this dynamic team, you’ll be at the forefront of researching, designing, planning, developing, and evaluating cutting-edge network technologies. You’ll transform strategic business goals into groundbreaking product designs, driving the evolution of connectivity and reshaping how the world communicates and shares meaningful moments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and Drive Product Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, UX designers, and development engineers to create a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives and market demands.
- Regularly assess and refine product strategies to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs and industry trends.
2. Understand Customer Needs
- Engage directly with customers to identify their challenges, gather feedback, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of user pain points to create solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and experiences.
3. Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring product designs address both organizational objectives and customer demands.
- Translate strategic business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams.
4. Collaborate with Engineering Teams
- Partner with engineers to design, develop, and refine product features that are scalable, reusable, and customer-centric.
- Provide technical input throughout all phases of product development, including requirements analysis, design, effort estimation, development, testing, and delivery.
- Solve challenges through detailed analysis, propose innovative solutions, and optimize processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Analyze Success Metrics
- Define success criteria for products and track their performance through key metrics and data-driven insights.
- Continuously evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement to drive better results and customer satisfaction.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships across various teams, including marketing, network, development, engineering, external collaborators, and program managers, to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical leads to drive shared success and deliver projects on time.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering or development roles, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in driving innovative ideas and leading strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in building multi-tenant, multi-channel products and services.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for presenting complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including peers, developers, business leaders, and senior managers.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development teams to deliver iterative and high-quality results.
- Proven ability to work across business units, fostering collaboration and building relationships to achieve shared objectives and key results.
- Skilled at evaluating technical solutions using data, outlining trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and identifying creative solutions to complex and undefined challenges.
Our Senior Technical Product Manager, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
