This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.

  • Develop and execute strategies that enhance the organization’s brand presence across all markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and reputation management in all customer and employee touchpoints.
  • Design and implement initiatives to increase customer awareness, satisfaction, and loyalty, including outreach campaigns, community events, and tailored communication efforts that address customer needs and preferences.
  • Lead programs that build a strong, positive internal culture, including recognition initiatives, feedback channels, and regular communications to keep employees informed, connected, and motivated.
  • Prepare compelling, data-driven communications for both internal and external audiences, including presentations for senior leadership and campaigns that articulate company values and initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure unified brand and engagement strategies across the organization.


Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.

Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.


Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Earn between $130,700 - $196,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
