Job assignment locations are in Dallas, TX. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.

What you’ll do

  • Gain exposure to AT&T’s critical business priorities and initiatives through the 24-month Marketing Excellence Program
  • Rotate across the Marketing & Growth Organization’s Research, Analytics & Impact team to deepen your experience and hone your expertise with important marketing research and measurement functions including brand, advertising, customer experience, product and pricing research, plus campaign analytics, market share, MMM and other marketing analytical functions 
  • In addition, you’ll receive access to targeted development opportunities, executive mentoring, and the relationship-building you need to gain an edge, including collaborating directly with our top marketing team members and executives

What you’ll need

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and marketing research/analytics 
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with multiple partners
  • Ability to think through strategic and operational challenges to build ground-up solutions
  • Strong communication and story-telling skills

What you’ll bring

  • Current or previous enrollment in a Masters of Marketing Research or similar graduate degree program with graduation by June 2026
  • Internship and/or full-time experience in the following areas: Marketing research, Analytics & Insight, Advertising, Marketing Technology, Brand Management, Brand or Marketing Strategy, and/or Agency 

Our Marketing Excellence Program – Graduate Experience professionals earn $100,000 yearly. Final round interviews will take place at our headquarters campus in Dallas, TX in October. Timing is subject to change. In-person participation is required. If you are located outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, AT&T will cover your travel arrangements and expenses.
