This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Lead and manage the product lifecycle for Managed Router Service (MRS), AT&T Network Based IP Remote Access (ANIRA), AT&T Virtual Tunneling Service (AVTS), and App Performance Management (APM) for business customers. Key responsibilities encompass strategic planning, development initiatives, revenue generation, profitability oversight, and comprehensive lifecycle management. These services target medium to large businesses and government customers. This role also manages the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned products.

What you’ll do

Research, design, plan, and evaluate product features, CPE, pricing, and service documentation.

  • Manage a contractor working on manual billing processes and monitor Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) refresh implementations.

  • Responsible for resolution of all vulnerability and PCI audits.

  • Analyze customer issues and identify priorities for product enhancements.

  • Prepare and present plans and business cases for product modifications.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and UX teams to align products with market needs, budgets, and schedules.

  • Update service guides, contracts, product documentation, procedures, and project reports.

  • Develop budget estimates, business cases and request funding.

  • Coordinate with design, process, test, quality, sales support, and marketing teams during product transition to production.

  • Manage ongoing product performance and drive initiatives to improve revenue and margins.

  • Work with Global Vendor Management, Technology Development, Contracting, Legal, Product Marketing, and Business Pricing Team on pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with third-party technology partners supporting these services.

  • Negotiate with vendors to improve product cost structure, functionality, and support.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
