  • Trusted Expert and Partner: Act as a trusted advisor for marketing execution teams, identifying ways to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research on industry trends within the product segment.
    • Perform competitive analysis of other firms' marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Evaluate financial and performance-based comparisons of existing and planned campaigns.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with other marketing functions to determine Marketing Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for ROI-related questions for both working and executive teams.
    • Collaborate with agencies of record to develop and enforce consistent campaign naming conventions.
  • Data & Statistical Modeling:
    • Develop and interpret statistical models to support decision-making.
    • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Campaign Finance Management:
    • Act as the campaign finance consolidator, managing and planning financial and performance-based strategies.
    • Collaborate with execution teams to develop comprehensive financial plans for the organization.
  • Representation and Advocacy:
    • Represent the needs and expectations of the line of business in forums where campaign prioritization occurs.
    • Work closely with the head of Marketing Investment Planning to align on strategic goals.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Monitor market trends, customer segmentation, and journey mapping and assess impacts to marketing activities.
    • Continuously assess and refine marketing plans and programs to align with strategic goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Developing Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing programs to support organizational objectives, including forecasting future needs and creating strategic responses.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to identify new marketing opportunities, assess program impact, and promote customer awareness through marketing communication projects.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and analyze marketing activity reports to track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Financial Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct financial analysis to allocate marketing budgets effectively, manage expenditures within allocated limits, and align spending with overall marketing and financial goals. 

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. 

Our Lead Marketing Management earns between$130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
