Summary:
This role focuses on driving full-funnel digital growth for AT&T’s B2B segments, including both enterprise, large, and small-to-medium business (SMB) customers. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of digital marketing strategy and execution with a strong understanding of the telecom industry and its business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end digital growth strategies tailored to B2B segments—balancing enterprise-level account-based marketing with scaled SMB lead generation. Drive performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Business Audience Insight
Leverage customer data, industry trends, and user behavior to build nuanced digital journeys for business customers. Understand the distinct needs of enterprise vs. SMB clients and design segmented experiences accordingly.
Full-Funnel Execution
Create digital campaigns that capture demand at the top of the funnel and convert through thoughtful mid- and lower-funnel tactics. Partner closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Telecom and Business Acumen
Apply a strong understanding of telecommunications offerings—especially fiber, wireless, and bundled solutions—to craft messaging and journeys that resonate with business decision-makers.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product marketing, CRM, UX, and sales. Influence roadmaps and resource prioritization to maximize B2B digital growth.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
