The Lead Advanced Analytics professional will be instrumental in leveraging advanced data science techniques to analyze home internet subscriber behaviors and trends. This role involves conducting sophisticated analyses to identify churn drivers, competitive pressures, and recommend targeted retention actions that maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, large-scale analytics initiatives focused on home internet retention and subscriber base performance.
- Develop and maintain predictive churn models, segmentation frameworks, and other advanced analytics solutions to anticipate customer behavior and inform retention campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer experience, and operations teams to translate analytic insights into effective retention strategies and subscriber engagement programs.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualization tools that provide ongoing monitoring of subscriber health and retention KPIs.
- Drive experimentation and testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of retention tactics and optimize intervention effectiveness.
- Ensure rigorous data quality and governance practices are followed across all analytic processes.
- Present analytic findings and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
