Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our cybersecurity and identity management team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level development, with a focus on secure, efficient, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Develop front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
Build and maintain back-end services using Java (Test-Driven Development, Ex: Junit), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product managers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Ensure compliance with security standards and participate in vulnerability remediation.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development within complex enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and React.js
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience with SQL and database development, including stored procedures.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools is a plus.
Experience with GitHub, SAST/DAST scanning, and secure coding practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Splunk.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
