As a key technical professional at AT&T, you will ensure the reliability and seamless operation of critical communication platforms including Optical, IP Core, and Mobility technologies. Your work supports vital services such as VOIP, messaging, and Wi-Fi, directly impacting millions of customers by maintaining network health 24/7 and driving innovation through automation and technology upgrades.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network platform issues proactively and reactively, ensuring high reliability and performance.
  • Lead fault management activities including root cause analysis and service restoration across multiple platforms.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
  • Manage critical software and data platforms including database administration and internal applications.
  • Participate in change management and customer engagement to deliver technical solutions and explain network events.
  • Cover day working hours in CET - flexibility needed to meet various maintenance windows

What You'll Need:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve multi-platform issues.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.
  • Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Team player with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently when needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with Linux or Unix command line interfaces and tools.
  • Solid technical knowledge of telecommunications platforms, preferably LTE, 5G, and core network elements like PCRF, PAS, and DRA.
  • Experience with fault management, network monitoring, and troubleshooting using KPIs and alarms.
  • Knowledge of database administration and software development for internal tools.
  • Professional proficiency in scripting and programming for automation and data analysis.

Our Senior Network Technology Support Specialist earns between  91,000 - 114,000 CZK / month gross. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
