Join our team as a Billing Trigger Specialist and make a direct impact on the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure customers are billed correctly and on time, supporting key business functions and contributing to smooth financial processes during a vital transition period.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and monitor billing triggers to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.
  • Review contracts and service activations to validate billing events and timing.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Audit billing triggers and related data, preventing errors and ensuring compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries about billing status and trigger issues.
  • Document and update billing procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and efficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
  • Proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with process automation, system integrations, or revenue recognition standards.

Our earns between  2,980 - 3,720 EUR gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
