Our Product Development group, part of AT&T’s Technology Services (ATS) organization, is responsible for building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customers love and need. As an Associate Director for Product Owners at AT&T, you will lead a dynamic team of product owners, driving the strategy and execution of our software-based products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Make sure that product vision, strategy, and roadmap is in alignment with business goals.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to product owners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform future strategies.

  • Advocate for user needs and ensure products meet usability and accessibility standards.

  • Identify and mitigate product-related risks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in product ownership with a strong track record of successful product launches.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Several years of people management experience is a must.

Compensation:

Salary starting from 4 400EUR gross monthly.

The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.

Location and Work Environment: This role is based in Bratislava, Slovakia; it is a hybrid-flex position requiring presence in the office 2-3 times per week, with occasional travel between Brno, Kosice and Bratislava.
