Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Engineering & Analytics:
Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models using SQL, Snowflake (Data Share, Streamlit), and Azure cloud services.
Implement and maintain complex stored procedures and ensure high data quality, security, and compliance.
Architect and deploy enterprise-grade PowerBI dashboards and reports, utilizing advanced DAX, PowerBI Service, and various connectors for actionable business insights.
Power Platform Solutions:
Develop and implement business solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), and Copilot Studio.
Automate repetitive business tasks and workflows by integrating with diverse data sources and APIs.
Build, train, and deploy AI-driven experiences and chatbots with Copilot Studio to streamline user interactions and provide intelligent support.
Create custom business applications using Power Apps tailored to organizational requirements.
Collaboration & Support:
Partner with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for data and Power Platform solutions.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive solution adoption and knowledge sharing.

Overall Experience:
10+ years
Primary / Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and data analytics.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and stored procedures.
Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake (including Data Share and Streamlit).
Proven track record in building and deploying PowerBI dashboards, reports, and advanced DAX formulas.
Strong understanding of process automation, custom app development, and AI integration within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong familiarity with PowerBI Service, diverse data connectors, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services for data storage, transformation, and analytics.
Experience architecting and optimizing complex data models for business intelligence.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
Secondary / Desired Skills:
Experience with other visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
Exposure to data governance, master data management, and cloud security best practices.
Familiarity with Python, Streamlit app development, or other modern scripting languages.
Certifications in Azure Data Engineering, PowerBI, or Snowflake.
Education Qualification:
BE, BTech, MCA
Certifications (if any):
Azure AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), Python, AI/ML modeling, and relevant cloud and front-end framework certifications.
