Job Description: (ISAM Senior Cybersecurity)
We are seeking a skilled Senior IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) developer responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure access solutions using ISAM. This includes configuring ISAM components like WebSEAL and AAC, managing user authentication and authorization, integrating with other systems, and ensuring secure access to applications and resources. They also play a key role in troubleshooting access issues and maintaining overall security posture of the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and managing IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), including WebSEAL, AAC, and other relevant components.
- Defining and implementing access control policies, including ACLs, Mapping Rules, POPs, and other security settings to protect resources and manage user access.
- Configuring and maintaining SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other protocols to enable seamless access to multiple applications.
- Knows the details behind TLS protocols, cipher configurations, client PKI certificate authentication, trust stores etc.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, angular,Node.js Perl, Java, Python).
- Integrating ISAM with various identity providers, such as LDAP/AD, for user authentication and authorization.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to ISAM, including access problems, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring that ISAM configurations and policies adhere to relevant security standards and regulations.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for ISAM configurations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with IBM Secure Access Manager, ISVA plugins
- Strong understanding agile and DevSecOps processes
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management domain specialized in authentication, SSO, authorization MFA, federation concepts and integration methods
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of working in a high-pressure environment while handling multiple tasks.
