AT&T is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner, who will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow products and modules align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
What you'll do:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).Stakeholder Engagement:
Gather requirements from business units, IT teams, and end users to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.Backlog Management:
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder input.Sprint Planning & Execution:
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.Continuous Improvement:
Analyze metrics, feedback, and system performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and maintain high quality standards.Change Management:
Support organizational change initiatives by providing documentation, training, and communication regarding ServiceNow changes.Market & Platform Awareness:
Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry best practices.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with ServiceNow
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and module deployment
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
What you'll bring:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks
Experience in large enterprise environments
