What you’ll do

  • Deliver thought leadership and strategic analysis to address complex opportunities and challenges within AT&T’s wireline transformation and supply chain organization.
  • Provide fact-based negotiation support, leveraging industry analytics and competitive event strategies to optimize third-party engagements.
  • Develop and present best-in-class market intelligence, including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility.
  • Design creative solutions that drive meaningful transformation in operational efficiency and cost structure.
  • Build and manage financial and operational models using multiple data sources to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and recommendations to AT&T’s senior leadership.

What you’ll need

  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions.
  • Experience developing and utilizing financial and operational models from diverse data sources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related supply chain field (required).
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting strategic projects in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other highly analytical roles.
  • Background in the telecommunications or technology industries (preferred).
  • Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts (preferred).
  • MBA (preferred).
  • A record of effective teamwork, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.

Compensation: Our Senior Strategy Consultants earn between $130,700– 196,100 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Senior Strategy Consultants earn between $116,700 - $175,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
