JOB LOCATION: 1025 Lenox Park Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319

DUTIES: Lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable, and secure solutions across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Access Data Warehouse. Define the data architecture, data models, and data integration strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications for data warehousing solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our data warehousing solutions. Develop and implement a Gen AI-based applications on the Palantir platform to improve the match of incoming inventory and expense data. Ensure the model is optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design diagrams, data models, technical specifications, and data flow diagrams. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Implement quality assurance processes to verify data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data within the data warehouse and analytics platforms. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies. Define high-level solutions with customers, stakeholders, and development teams. Determine primary components and subsystems, analyzing technical trade-offs. Identify interfaces and collaborations, defining higher-level functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs). Create a unified technical and architectural vision for the entire solution, ensuring alignment rather than focusing on specific components. Collaborate with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers, and development teams to align the architectural direction. Develop an incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway, preserving architectural flexibility through abstraction and generalization. Promote the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure where applicable. Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns, influencing common modeling, design, and coding practices. Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing execute decisions. Mentor less experience staff, implement long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborate with senior leadership. Design and implement complex data warehousing solutions. Utilize data analytics and business analysis. Utilize data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, and data analytics frameworks. Utilize ETL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Utilize Azure. Utilize in-depth knowledge of telecommunications industry ordering and billing standards/formats including ASR (Access Service Request), OBF (Order and Billing Forum), and CABS (Carrier Access Billing System).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation designing and implementing complex data warehousing solutions; utilizing data analytics and business analysis; utilizing data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, and data analytics frameworks; utilizing ETL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines; utilizing Azure; and utilizing in-depth knowledge of telecommunications industry ordering and billing standards/formats including ASR (Access Service Request), OBF (Order and Billing Forum), and CABS (Carrier Access Billing System).
