Summary:
This role is responsible for Digital product Launch execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products and offers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the SME in your area, prioritize, analyze, and implement products and offers specific to the business needs.
- This requires collaboration with cross-functional teams - business, architecture, billers, and UX to name a few. Understand the customer needs, marketing trends, and the competitive landscape to define and execute on various business needs.
- Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed requirements. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on mission critical offer execution and timing with stakeholders. Understand data mapping/transformation and other project artifacts.
Responsible for the success of a product or group of products through Daily execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, and technologies and/or applications. - Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, prioritize, and implement the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation.
- Expert working with Commerce Tools and CMS-driven digital ecommerce tools
• Working knowledge of data schemas, cmsfeed structure, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTML
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, React.JS, and other web technologies/coding languages
• Strong experience Online or mobile-centric environment setting is a plus
• Experience working with daily deadlines
• Experience leading implementation for major releases following a Software Development Life Cycle
• Defect management experience
• Experience working in an environment where coordination with business and development teams is essential to success
• Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
• Ability to complete administrative responsibilities on time.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead - Digital Product Launch Manager earns between $128,400 - $192,600 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
